In Greek mythology Gemini is associated with twins Castor and Pollux. Their mother was seduced by Zeus disguised as a swan. Pollux was immortal and was gifted with great physical strenght. Castor was mortal and possessed great ingenuity. Upon Castor’s death Pollux begged Zeus to reunite them. Zeus transformed them into the constellation. Gemini is an air sign with yellow as its color and agate as its stone
